Digital images owned by Wild Wyoming Images© are available for purchase for commercial, corporate and other for-profit activities. A price must be negotiated for a release by Wild Wyoming Images© for these uses.
Price quotes consider, but are not limited to the following factors:

Industry pricing standards.
- Amount of circulation of products, items, advertising or other media using the Wild Wyoming Images© image.
- Exposure of the products, items, advertising or other media using the Wild Wyoming Images© image.
- Value of the proposed use.
- Whether or not the business or industry wishes to have exclusive rights to the Wild Wyoming Images© image.
You are solely responsible for the use of any Image in combination with any other material. Without limitation, our Images may not be utilized:

for any pornographic, unlawful purpose or use

to defame any person

to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity

to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity

for uses covering sensitive subjects including, without limitation, topics that may depict the subject matter of an image in a negative or unfavorable light, or subject persons to ridicule, or the disparagement of a person or product.
We can offer a wide range of photo sizes, graphic formats, color schemes and image resolutions. Flexibility of these options is limited for some images, such as those that are only available in smaller physical sizes.
Electronic images can be transferred via e-mail or to an FTP account, or they can be mailed on a CD or DVD.
A signed Terms of Use Agreement may be required for extensive use of an electronic image.
