DIGITAL / ELECTRONIC FILE AVAILABILITY

Digital images are available in an electronic format for use in commercial, corporate, websites, publishing functions or other uses where a high-quality image is required, or when the electronic transfer of such image is necessary to satisfy a requirement by the user and/or purchaser.  A price must be negotiated for a release by Wild Wyoming Images© to use our electronic images for profit purposes.

Price quotes consider, but are not limited to the following factors:

1. Industry pricing standards.
2. Amount of circulation of products, items, advertising or other media using the Wild Wyoming Images© image.
3. Exposure of the products, items, advertising or other media using the Wild Wyoming Images© image.
4. Value of the proposed use.
5. Whether or not the business or industry wishes to have exclusive rights to the Wild Wyoming Images© image.

We can offer a wide range of photo sizes, graphic formats, color schemes and image resolutions.  Flexibility of these options is limited for some images, especially those that are only available in smaller physical sizes.

Electronic images can be transferred via e-mail or to an FTP account, or they can be mailed on a CD or DVD.

A signed Terms of Use Agreement may be required for extensive use of an electronic image.

We may allow limited, free usage of some images for non-profit purposes.  A request must be made, explaining the nature of the non-profit business, and the proposed use of the image for non-profit purposes.
