Order Processing
All orders for our products are processed in a timely manner and, in most cases, immediately upon receipt. If your order exceeds our stock quantity, we will notify you.
All photos are printed on high-quality, high-gloss, premium inkjet photo paper. Photos of different sizes usually have different proportions of height to width. Therefore some cropping of edges are necessary with some photo sizes. Most photos are printed borderless unless the main subject matter of the photo is close to an edge. In those cases, photos are printed with a narrow white border so that matting and framing doesn’t cover any portion of the primary subject matter of a photo. Shipping Procedures
We use different methods for shipping printed photos, depending on the size ordered. 5” x 7” and 8½” x 11” photos are shipped in a flat mailer. Larger photos (11” x 17” and 13” x 19”) are shipped in an acid free vellum envelope and placed inside a sturdy mailing tube. Orders of photos of multiple sizes will be shipped in the mailer of the largest photo ordered. These procedures are designed to ensure photos of each size can arrive at their destination without damage.
Most orders are shipped first class via the U.S. Postal Service. Large orders may be shipped by Fedex or UPS, if necessary.
We do not charge extra for our standard method of shipping, as shipping costs are included in our pricing. If you require express shipping, however, there may be a charge to cover our use of more expensive shipping methods.
Please note: We only ship to the continental United States and Canada.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all of our products. If you are unhappy with the photo or other product you received, or if your product is received damaged, please return the product to us within 30 days from the date you received the product and we will honor your choice of replacing the product or provide a full refund of your purchase price.
